STEED INVESTMENTS

Gelasia graduated from Tulane University in 1998 with a business degree in Finance and Economics. She started her career at an urban and airport planning company in New Orleans putting her economics degree to work. In 2002, she decided to pursue a career in financial advisory services. She started as an independent registered representative, obtained her Certified Financial Planing(TM) designation in 2004 and then opened her own registered investment advisory firm in 2008.

In 2014, Gelasia and her husband Bo opened Lush Resort at Possum Kingdom Lake. Although Lush Resort is a full-time job, Gelasia works on Steed Investments duties once a week. She is not taking any new financial planning clients at this time; however, she is available to consult oil and gas families.
