Gelasia Steed - Tulane graduate, Certified Financial Planner (TM), small business owner, landlord, and owner of Lush Resort.
Gelasia opened Steed Investments in 2002 to offer clients independent investment advice and comprehensive financial planning. In 2011, her father passed away leaving her to handle their family oil and gas interests. Gelasia handled everything - set up LP/LLC business structure for the heirs, filed conveyances in over hundred counties, transferred thousands of properties in 5 states, conducted curative work to correct title errors from over four generations of transfers, oversaw all tax prep and filing including generation skipping tax and oil and gas valuation. She has learned much from her experiences and can share her expertise with you to help smooth the transition of your legacy to your heirs.
